Debbie's Obituary Ms. Debbie Lee Fussell, age 58, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, July 12,2013, at her home in Henning, TN. She was preceded in death by her parents: David H. Fussel,Sr. and Sallie Blondell Stephenson Fussell; and a brother: David H. Fussell Jr. Graveside services, under the direction of the Brownsville-Bells Funeral Homes, will be held at Belleview Cemetery in Bells, TN, Saturday, July 20, 2013, at 10:00 A.M. with Chaplain Ronnie Osborne officiating. Ms. Fussell graduated from Bells High School in 1971. She played basketball for Jackson State Community College in Jackson, TN. She taught Horticulture at CCA in Hardeman County, TN. She was a retired employee of West Tennessee State Prison in Henning, TN. She was a member of the Tennessee State Employees Association. She was also an active member of the Relay For Life in Lauderdale County, TN. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lauderdale County Relay For Life, c/o Renette Jennings, 113 Smith Dr., Ripley, TN 38063. She is survived by her long time friend: Jackie Bartlett, of Henning, TN; her sister: Phyllis Petty, of Pulaski, TN; her sister-in-law: Judy Fussell, of Cordova, TN; three nephews: Doug Taylor of Alabama, Shawn Fussell and Zach Fussell, both of Memphis, TN; two great nieces and two great nephews; and her favorite pet: Topper.
