David's Obituary Mr. David Anthony Rogers, age 59, passed away on Saturday, April 30, 2016 at the Jackson Madison County General Hospital. He was born on October 10, 1956 in Winchester, KY to the late Raymond Rogers and Alene Stephens Rogers. He worked in the oil fields for many years and will be missed by many. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers: Ronald and Phillip Rogers and two sisters: Barbara Mays and Phyllis Rogers. Mr. Rogers is survived by his wife of 27 years, Juanita Rogers of Jackson, TN; two daughters: Crystal Lynn Catt of Jackson, TN and Chasity Benton of Illinois; three brothers: Junior, Daniel and Tom Rogers and three sisters: Karen Benton, Shirley Rogers and Janice Smith.
