Danny's Obituary Danny “Jake” Smith, age 63 passed away on Thursday, November 29, 2018 at the Methodist University Hospital. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. at the Brownsville Funeral Home, with Bro. Eddie Mallonee officiating. Entombment to follow in the Brownsville Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. A visitation will be held on Monday, December 3, 2018 from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the Brownsville Funeral Home. He is preceded in death by his son, Michael Shane Smith; his parents, Mannie and Katherine Baggett Smith; two brothers, Jimmy Smith and C.M. Smith and one sister, Emma Swain. He is survived by his wife, Debbie Jones Smith; two daughters: Charlene Smith and Chassity Hendrix (Michael); three brothers: Donnie Smith, Ricky Smith (Martha), Doug Smith (Judy); and four grandchildren: Mikayla Hendrix, Haley Hendrix, Madison Bull and Shane Bull all of Brownsville, TN.
