Mr. Dale Forrest Harvey, age 62 passed away Sunday, April 12, 2015 at his sister's home in Brownsville, Tennessee. Graveside Funeral Services will be conducted Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. in Lebanon Church Cemetery. Mr. Harvey was preceded in death by his father: George Forrest Harvey and a brother: Doug Harvey. He is survived by his mother: Joann Harvey, sister: Julie Harvey Warren (Carl Moody) both of Brownsville, TN, two brothers: Lt. Col. Dennis L. Harvey (Martha) Mt. Juliet, TN, Danny Harvey (Alyson) Jackson, TN and a sister- in-law: Peggy Harvey, Brownsville, TN.
