Mr. Charles West, Sr., 73, passed away Thursday, January 30, 2014 in Jackson Madison County General Hospital. Graveside Funeral Services will be Monday, February 3, 2014, at 3:30 P.M. in the Allen Baptist Church Cemetery. A visitation for the West family will be Sunday, February 2, 2014 at 3:30 - 5:00 P.M. in the Lea and Simmons Funeral Home. Mr. West was preceded in death by his parents: Comer and Annie Hudson West, one brother: Elbert West and a grandchild: Jon E.B. West. He is survived by his wife: Pat Story West, Brownsville, TN, two sons: Charles "Champ" West, Jr. (Terri) Jackson, TN, Louis "Lou" West, Cataula, GA, one brother: Tommy Lee West (Mable) Spokane, WA, two sisters: Lois Tate (James) Tupelo, MS, Betty Nicholas (Wayne) Cleveland, MS, a niece who was like a sister: Kaye Berryhill (Thomas) Tupelo, MS, three grandchildren: Jordan West, Cody West and Madison West.
