Charles Douglass

Mr. Charles Harry Douglass, age 68, passed away at his home, Monday, September 12, 2011. Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Thursday, September 15, 2011 in the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00-8:00 P.M., Wednesday, September 14, 2011 in the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home. Mr. Douglass was preceded in death by his parents: Harry Wallingsford Douglass and Helen Fuller Douglass, a brother: Brooks Douglass. He is survived by his son: Keith Douglass, Jackson, TN, two daughters: Carmen McCage (Doug) Eads, TN, Susannah Joyner Lewis (Jason) Medina, TN, a brother: Jim Douglass (Eula) Brownsville, TN and four grandchildren: Douglas McCage III, Charles Tanner McCage, Natalie Lewis and Bennett Lewis. The family requests that memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
