Charles Edward Austin

Mr. Charles Edward Austin, age 63 of the Tibbs Community, passed away Saturday, April 22, 2017 in Tennova Regional Hospital in Jackson TN. Funeral Services will be conducted Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at 2:00 PM in the Antioch Baptist Church in Tibbs. Burial will follow in Trinity United Methodist Church Cemetery at Nutbush. A visitation will be held Tuesday, April 25, 2017, 1:00 - 2:00 PM in Antioch Baptist Church. Charles was a native of Haywood County living on the family farm in the Tibbs community of Haywood County. He was preceded in death by his parents: Carl and Myrtle Austin, two sisters: Cherry and Darlene Austin. He is survived by his wife: Cheryl Austin of Tibbs, two daughters: Leslee Woodard (daughter Brooklynn Alley) of Ripley, TN and Monica Leduc (son William) of Beaumont, TX, two brothers: Larry Austin of Tibbs and Lieutenant Colonel (US Army Retired) Jim (Bebe) Austin of Birmingham, AL.
