Bobby Wright

Bobby D. Wright, of Jackson, TN, passed away peacefully on November 7, 2024, at age 75. As a native of Haywood county, Bobby was a natural outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing, boating and camping. For over 25 years, Bobby was a dedicated sales rep for Orgill Bros, where he formed lasting friendships with many small hardware store owners across West Tennessee. Bobby's love for his family and the friendships he cultivated were a testament to his character.

He leaves behind: his daughter, Mary West (Chris); son, Chris Wright; grandchildren, Jamie Lyon (Dale), Bailey West (Kallie), Lainey West, Audrey Wright and Juliet Wright; great-grandchildren, Elouise Lyon and Wylder West; sisters, Nancy Dwyer and Debbie Patterson; and his beloved little dog, Riley. Bobby was preceded in death by his parents, William E "Son" Wright and Nora Ellen Wright; brothers, Dennis, Billy, and Rodney Wright.

A memorial graveside service will be held on Sunday, December 8, 2024, at 3:00 PM at Stanton Cemetery in Stanton, TN, with inurnment to follow. A visitation with the family will precede, from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM, at the "Old School House", 109 Covington St, Stanton, TN.
