He was preceded in death by his parents: Bobby Thomas Cowan and Linda Joyce Kelly Cowan. Funeral services will be conducted under the direction of the Brownsville-Bells Funeral Homes on Saturday, October 27, 2012 at 2:00 P.M., at Brownsville-Bells Funeral Homes Chapel, Brownsville, TN with Bro. Tim McPherson officiating. Mr. Cowan is survived by his son: Jon-Mark Cowan, Brownsville, TN; a daughter: Samantha Sammons, (John), Clarksville, TN; three brothers: Paul Adams, (Perlie), KoKo, TN, Phil Adams, (Joyce), Hillville, TN, and Mark Adams, (Christi), Brownsville, TN; a sister: Teresa Hendrix, (Ernie), Brownsville, TN; a grandson: Sebastian Sammons; and a special aunt: Dianna Wyatt.
