Blake Allan Poe

Blake Allan Poe, age 41, a resident of Frisco, Texas, passed away on Saturday, January 13, 2024. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, January 25, 2024, at 1:00 PM at the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home in Brownsville, TN with Rev. John Banks officiating. Burial will follow at the Stanton Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 25, 2024, from 12 Noon – 1:00 PM at the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home. 

Blake was born on May 21, 1982, in West Memphis, AR to Donald Poe and Vicki McLeod Pepper. He was a Construction Supervisor for EMJ Corporation. He will long be remembered as a hard worker. He enjoyed various sports and enjoyed watching them through the years. 

Blake is survived by his sister, Tiffany Hopkins (Thomas) of Humboldt, TN and their children, Hunter Hopkins and Haydon Hopkins; his stepfather, Milton Pepper of Stanton, TN; his aunts, Linda Mauldin and Robin Stafford (Barry); his uncle Danny McLeod (Jon); two cousins, Stephen Stafford (Kasey) and Angela Dunn (Andy). 

He was preceded in death by his father, Donald Poe and his mother, Vicki McLeod Pepper. 

Pallbearers for the service are Thomas Hopkins, Hunter Hopkins, Haydon Hopkins, Stephen Stafford, David Pepper, and Tracy Wilkins.  

Memorials may be given to Stanton Cemetery, Amy Wagner, P.O. Box 207, Stanton, TN 38069. All arrangements and services are under the direction of the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home.
