Billy's Obituary Billy Taylor Edmonds, age 84 passed away on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at the Crestview Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Brownsville, TN. Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 7, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. at the Harmony Baptist Church, with Bro. Grover Westover officiating. Burial to follow in the Harmony Baptist Church Cemetery. A visitation will be held on Thursday, December 6, 2018 from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. in the chapel of the Brownsville Funeral Home. Since retiring, Mr. Billy enjoyed driving around the community. He loved gardening, his pets and especially spending time with his family. He is preceded in death by his parents: Charlie and Grace Hodge Edmonds; a step-mother, Virginia Qualls Edmonds; and one brother, Curtis Edmonds. He is survived by his wife, Carol Hardister Edmonds; two sons: Jimmy Edmonds and Ronnie Edmonds (Lisa) all of Whiteville, TN; seven sisters: Charlene Horton (Bob) Somerville, TN; Bonnie Morris, Padie Stuart (Sonny), Karen Austin (Danny) all of Whiteville, TN, Sadie Mayfield (Donald) Memphis, TN, Geraldine Lawrence (Donald) Brownsville, TN, Peggy Sargent (Gary) Brownsville, TN; two grandchildren: Ashley Brasher (Nic), Casey Edmonds (Scott Campbell); and one great grandchild: Cayden McBride all of Whiteville, TN.
