Billie Jean's Obituary Mrs. Billie Jean Clark, age 83 of Brownsville, passed away Thursday, June 1, 2017 at her residence. She was born July 4, 1933 in Haywood County to the late Augusta Ray and the late Celeste Childress Ray. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Porter Ray and Albert Ray; four sisters, Lennie Green, Bessie Ross, Pauline Kent and Emma Ray; as well as two great-grandchildren Aubrey Russell and Ava Russell. Survivors include two sons, Donny Russell (Bridget) of Decaturville, TN and Thomas Clark (Cynthia) of Millington, TN; two daughters, Becky Cohen (Lawrence) of Jackson, TN and Eva Smith (Tim Schmidt) of Brownsville, TN; nine grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Serving as pallbearers are Jason Russell, Derek Russell, Will Russell, David Gatlin, Cameron Gatlin and Ethan Smith. Funeral services for Mrs. Billie Jean Clark will be conducted Sunday, June 4, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Brownsville Funeral Home with Bro. Grover Westover officiating. Burial will follow in Brownsville Memorial Gardens. The Clark family will receive friends on Saturday, June 3 at the funeral home from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Brownsville Funeral Home, 107 S.
