Betsy's Obituary Betsy Baker Raines age 60 of Jackson, passed away Thursday, April 6, 2017. She was born November 21, 1956 in Ripley, TN to the late Harold Lee Baker and Pansy Webb Baker. Betsy was an administrative assistant at Casey, Simmons and Bryant, PLLC and a member of Englewood Baptist Church. She was passionate about her family and was always a caring and loving person to those around her. Betsy is survived by her husband, Tim Raines of Jackson; son Christopher Lee-Allen Raines of Jackson; sister, Debby DePriest of Jackson. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be directed to Englewood Baptist Church 20/20 Vision Project in memory of Betsy. A memorial service to celebrate the life of Betsy Baker Raines will be conducted Tuesday, April 11, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. in the Chapel of Englewood Baptist Church with Dr. Phillip Jett officiating. The Raines family will receive friends at the Chapel on Tuesday from 5:00 p.m. until the service hour.
