Mr. Benjamin Bridgewater, III, age 78, passed away Thursday, March 10, 2016 in Fort Worth, Texas. Funeral Services will be conducted Saturday, March 19, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. in the Lea and Simmons Funeral Home, Burial will follow in Brownsville Memorial Gardens. A visitation will be Saturday, March 19, 2016, 1 to 2 P.M. in the Lea and Simmons Funeral Home. He was preceded in death by his parents: Benjamin Phillip Bridgewater, II and Polly Laverne Beshires Bridgewater, his son: Benjamin Phillip Bridgewater, IV and his sister: Charlene Gaines. He is survived by his three daughters: Charlotte Bridgewater, Brownsville, TN, Karen Prater (Jerry) Ripley, TN, Elizabeth Toliver (Kenneth) Horn Lake, MS, two sisters: Minnie Wilson (Finis) Brownsville, TN, Jessie Welch, (George) Ada, OK, five grandchildren: Shay Phillip Fisher, James Robert Fisher, Bobbie Elise Fisher, Kenneth Marshall Toliver and Benjamin Dylan Toliver.
