Ashlynn's Obituary Ashlynn Opal Elaine Young age 22 of Stanton, passed away Monday, June 26, 2017 in St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. She was born May 22, 1995 in Brownsville. Ashlynn will forever be remembered for her contagious smile and her strong will to fight. She was so loving and extremely courageous. She was a member of Holly Grove Baptist Church. Ashlynn was preceded in death by a grandmother, Susan Landreth and a grandfather, Leslie Young, Sr. Survivors include her mother, Angela Landreth McCuan and step-father Scott of Bells; father, Leslie Young, Jr. of Stanton; brother, Luc Preston Young of Bells who absolutely adored and loved her and she will forever be in his heart and missed greatly; grandmother, Joyce Young of Stanton; grandfather, Lonnie Landreth of Stanton; step-brother, Darian Mullen of Murfreesboro; step-sister, Rebecca Taylor of Bells. Ashlynn is also survived by the love of her life, Jeremy Moore. Serving as pallbearers are, Jeffery McIntyre, Tucker Barnes, Timothy Boykin, Cameron Housley, Hunter Garner, Darian Mullen, Luc Young, Mac McIntyre, Larry Johnson and Shawn Johnson. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, July 1, 2017 at Noon in the Chapel of the Brownsville Funeral Home with Bro. Ralph Brown officiating. Burial will follow in Stanton Cemetery.
