Armand's Obituary Mr. Armand Carl Bud Borchert, Jr. age 73 of Jackson, passed away Saturday, February 25, 2017 at his residence. He was born March 21, 1943 in Walterboro, SC to the late Armand Carl Borchert, Sr. and Rose Smith Borchert. Mr. Borchert worked in Broadcasting with WBBJ and proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. Survivors include two sons, Eric Borchert of Columbia and Jason Borchert of Jackson; one brother, Larry Borchert of Evansville, Indiana.
