Funeral Services will be conducted at 3:00 PM, Monday, February 13, 2012 in the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home with burial to follow in Cane Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:00 - 3:00 PM, Monday, February 13, 2012 in the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home. Mr. Mitchell was preceded in death by his grandparents: Curtis & Iola Tyus and George & Mary Frances Mitchell and his special friend: Anita Rochelle Williams. He is survived by his father: Joe Louis Mitchell, Sr., Shreaport, NY, his mother: Sylvia Tyus McLemore & her husband: Ricky Leon McLemore, two sons: Anthony Terrill Mitchell, Jr. and Dylan Mitchell, two brothers: Joe Louis Mitchell, Jr. and Brandon Mitchell, one niece: Kalyce Mitchell and one nephew: Alandis Delk, all of Brownsville, TN, his grandmother: Sue Ellen McLemore, Bells, TN, his aunt: Betty A. Reed, Shreaport, NY, two cousins: Shanequa Carter & Rikeita Blair, two best friends: Roy Turner, Jr. and John Cunningham, close friends: Denise Anderson, Sherry Tyus, Tonya Johnson and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins & friends.
